What happens after I cancel my VIP membership?

Once your VIP membership cancellation is confirmed, it takes effect immediately.

After you cancel:

– You will not be charged future monthly membership fees unless you choose to rejoin later.
– You can still shop on our site at regular retail prices.
– You will no longer receive VIP member pricing or other VIP membership benefits.
– Canceling your VIP membership does not automatically refund any previously processed membership charges.
– Any unused VIP Credits already on your account will remain associated with your account, but they cannot be redeemed while your membership is canceled.
– If you rejoin the VIP membership later, any eligible unused VIP Credits that have not expired may become available for redemption again.
– Unused VIP Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
