What’s the catch with JustFab?

A lot of people ask us, “What’s the catch?” The main thing to understand is that the JustFab VIP Membership is a monthly membership program.

Here’s how it works:

– As a VIP Member, you can shop at exclusive VIP member prices.
– You are never required to buy products every month.
– We will never automatically ship products to you.
– Between the 1st and the 5th of each month, you can choose to “Skip the Month” if you do not want to be charged that month’s membership fee.
– If you skip, your membership remains active for that month, so you can still shop at VIP prices and redeem any eligible unused VIP Credits already on your account while your membership remains active.
– If you do not skip by the 5th, your payment method will be charged the monthly membership fee and you will receive a promotional VIP Credit.
– If you decide the membership is no longer right for you, you can cancel your VIP membership online at any time.

Important to know:

– Canceling your membership stops future membership charges, but it does not automatically refund any previously processed membership charges.
– If your account has unused and unexpired VIP Credits after cancellation and you would like to request a refund, please contact customer service via Chat or Phone.
